The Philadelphia Inquirer Names Exyn Technologies A Winner Of The Top Workplaces 2022 Award

April 14, 2022 -- Philadelphia, PA -- Exyn Technologies is excited to share that it has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

"We're thrilled to be awarded a top workplace in the area by The Philadelphia Inquirer and Energage. When we started Exyn in 2014, we made it a point to plant our roots in Philly to attract great talent with all that this incredible city has to offer," said Nader Elm, CEO  of Exyn Technologies. " In the early days as we looked to build a powerful team our mindset was to create a welcoming and collaborative culture that promoted learning, professional growth, and unbridled creativity. This award is a validation of that effort and a testament to our amazing employees."

Exyn Technologies is located in the Point Breeze neighborhood of South Philadelphia and is hiring both local and remote positions. Check out our careers page to learn more about our open roles as well as our company values that propel us forward.
